Orders are delivered using courier and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential, rural or business addresses - PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called or are rural, they will leave a Card to Call at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
We apologise if you have received a product that is misprinted, or if you have received the wrong sign. Please contact us via our about us page to arrange an exchange or refund. Please include your order details in the message.
If your product arrives damaged, please retain the packaging as this will be required for any claim against the Courier company. Please contact us via our about us page and we will organise the return of the product for inspection. A replacement order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
